I've read all of Nicole Snow's MC romance books so far, and I'm really growing to like them. They're a bit different from what I usually read, but in an interesting and gritty sort of way. Everything's very raw and real in a sense, which makes the stories a lot more intense.

That's basically what you should know going into this. Sometimes it's dark and rough, but these are still love stories so there's romance, too. It's just a different sort of kind, you know?

Saffron's not really in a good place in her life. With her mother not being able to really support herself, and her brother having left, it's up to her to support them. This might not be so bad, but it's hardly easy considering the situation she's in. With some really bad motorcycle clubs roaming the area, there's not a lot of work around for people to make an honest living. You're either with them or you're against them, and there's not much more to it than that. She manages to survive, but... she's sort of forced into doing it in not the best of ways, working as a showgirl at one of the MC clubs.

Blaze isn't a nice guy, but he's nicer than the alternatives. He's crass and rude and rough, but he's also safe and protective and loyal. He doesn't want to hurt anyone, but he's the kind of man who realizes that sometimes what he wants doesn't matter. Not everyone feels the same way, you know? Some people enjoy suffering and hurting others, and sometimes you can't just sit back and watch that kind of thing happen. It's sort of a "fight fire with fire" situation, I guess.

Saffron and Blaze aren't really good for each other, either. He doesn't want to get tied down, first off, and she really doesn't want to get involved with someone like him, but...

Their story is definitely interesting. It's sweet in a way, but uh... in a darker and violent sort of way? No idea how else to put that! They've got some rough times ahead before they realize what they really want, and even then, I don't think what they want is going to be the best for either of them, but...

I think that's what I really enjoyed about this story. There's a sense of impending doom all around it, where you just don't know what's going to happen. It's intense and rough and raw, and maybe it's bad, but it's bad in a good sort of way. It makes you think about a lot of things and situations that you might never want to really be in, but the situations that people find themselves in sometimes. Can we still make a good life for ourselves even in the face of such harsh adversity? Is there still love and romance for people like that?

If you like biker romance stories, Nicole Snow has some of the best, and Savage Kind of Love is definitely a great one. It's got all of the things you could want from a story like this, and then more, too. It's kind of a roller coaster rough motorcycle wild ride (it's a lot of things!), and I'd really recommend it for fans of the genre.

Pay attention to the warning the author gives. This book has violence and talks a lot about rape. It's not overly descriptive but if hearing about rape or the mention of characters being raped bothers you don't read this book. Also, If your not comfortable with a lot of violence then you might want to skip this book.

I am honestly not sure if I liked this book. About 70% through I started to skip around. Blaze was ok not sure if I liked or hated his character. He is basically a love sick criminal. Shelly/Saffron is innocent, stupid, and pulls off brave by the end. The other reviews encouraged me to read this book but I just don't see this as a five star book. Is it well written? Yes. Are the characters interesting? Yes. However, there is something about this book that I found disturbing. The author definitely warns you about the content, so please take note and listen. My rating is based on the other characters. Tank is great and the other brothers kept me interested. Obviously there was something good about this book that kept me reading, but when I reached the end I didn't feel anything.

I doubt I'll read any other books in this series. FYI there isn't a cliffhanger so that's a plus.
This series keeps getting better! I couldn’t wait to see what would happen with Blaze and I’m so excited that the author wrote his story. Like the other books in the Prairie Devils series, this story has plenty of action, romance and suspense, and it definitely left me guessing until the very end. Plus, the love scenes were HOT, like they always are in Nicole Snow’s biker books.

I hate leaving spoilers, but I will say that Saffron and Blaze's romance wasn't easy, but totally worth it. I loved the way these two came together through all the tragedies you'd expect in a tough MC world. This story had plenty of dark realism and just enough bad boy love to make Blaze the perfect book boyfriend. Please write Tank and Emma’s story next!
I really hope there is going to be a least one more book in this series. I really need to know what happens to one of the Prairie Devils and I also want an up date on the three couples thus far. I am so glad I picked up Nicole Snow's Prairie Devils MC Series. She just makes me LOVE MC books even more now.

Shelly "Saffron" Reagan used to dance at Pink Unlimited until it went up in flames. Having a brother in the Grizzlies is not making life easy on Shelly. I have to stop here or ruin the rest of this book for everyone. This book keeps you hooked and saying OMG til the very end. I am jonesing for a fourth book. I just can't get enough of Nicole's Prairie Devils MC Bikers. On a scale from 1-10 I give Savage Kind Of Love a HUGE 10. I think, of the three books, this book is the darkest and most gritty. It pushed the limits of just how much one person could take before they start to crumble. If you are looking for a truly dark and gritty story, HOT biker, a down on her luck ex-stripper, or just a great read than Savage Kind Of Love is the book for you. I think everyone Adult 18+ should go out and pick up a copy of this book. If you Haven't read Outlaw Kind Of Love (Book #1) or Nomad Kind Of Love (Book #2) then while you are buying Savage Kind Of Love you should also grab books #1 and #2 (review of both books below). Saffron and Blaze want you to hear their story in their own words.
